A healthy vessel to cook your healthy ayurvedic food. It gives you all the Phosphorus, Iron, Magnesium and several other minerals. Cooking in it is same as the process of steaming and hence retains the nutrition in the food. No extra oil is needed for cooking. You will see a drop in your bad cholesterol and a slimmer waistline. Cooking in this clay pot retains the temperature for a longer time and hence there is no necessity for reheating. It comes with a lid too, making it the perfect choice for serving.

Description

It is made of unglazed primary clay or pure clay which is the healthiest material for making cookwares. As no glazes or enamels are used, there are absolutely no chemical or metal toxins that may leach into food. These clay pots can be used for both cooking and serving.

Works on all kinds of stove (gas, electric, glass-ceramic, coil, portable) but not suitable for Induction stoves.

How to Care: Before first use, dip the utensil completely in water for a day. Then towel dry it and rub cooking oil with hand on the inside and outside of the pot and keep aside. Allow the vessel to dry completely before storage. Fill half the vessel with water once a week, boil for 3 min & then dispose the water to remove oil & stains, this will also strengthen & hygiene the utensil. Always keep flame at low and steady when cooking.

Always avoid: When the vessel is hot do not pour cold water, let the vessel temperature come to normal then wash. Avoid metallic scrubber and soap, rather use soft sponge.
