Hi there! I am Monika Lichey with an inspired team of individuals with a passion for ayurvedic living. We believe in “Ayurveda is a lifestyle, not a diet”. We founded Vedaleben to bring back the traditional way of Ayurveda in people’s life. It was born to balance the intensity of urban modern life.<\/p>\n

We truly believe in the transformative power by practicing the balance of mind, body and soul and elevate experiences, engage and inspire people everywhere. By merging the benefits of ancient ayurvedic practices with modern life, we create wellness that help create sanctuaries of serenity.<\/p>\n
